Potato In A Bucket

We have been learning how to grow potato in a bucket. First you need gravel we put the gravel on the bottom. First you need gravel blood and bone, and compost and sand and fertaliser then we put the, potato in the bucket after we did that we, put more compost on top of the potato.

Garlic Bread

My name is Sophie. I go to Matawai School and I’m a year 5. I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters and with my parents and we live on a farm. I have 2 pets that are dogs. Their names are Nook and Hori.

I am good at maths. I enjoy playing with my friends. My challenges are being a good reader. My goal is to be neat in writing.

I’m looking forward to doing more swimming in the pool at school to get better at  breathing and breaststroke.
